Employee Benefits

The benefits program at DPTI is designed primarily for the protection of personal and economic security of full time employees and their spouses and dependents when applicable. The company benefit package includes the following:

DPTI protects the employee's ability to work with security and confidence from incurring large expenses caused by illness, injury or disability.

Retirement Plan

401(k) Plan -
The DPTI 401(k) plan was established with Conrad Siegel to provide retirement income and additional financial security for our employees.

Paid Time Off

DPTI believes it is necessary and healthy for employees to schedule time away from work each year for rest, recreation and relaxation. To provide for such absence, we provide paid time off for all full-time (32 or more work hours each week) employees. Employees are encouraged to use their full allotment of paid time off each year. Base PTO is 16 days from date of hire through year two of employment; base PTO is 21 days year three through year five of employment; base PTO is 26 days start of sixth year of employment.

Holidays

Each year DPTI provides employees with six paid holidays, three of which are “core” holidays. These holidays are: New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Charity Day

We are committed to leading the way to good health and additionally we are committed to supporting our employees as they actively participate in local charities. We show our support by allowing employees one day per year that can be used to participate in a charitable event. One paid charity day per year is granted to all full-time employees who work 32 hours or more per week.
