Philosophy of Care
The Drayer Physical Therapy Institute™ philosophy of care is focused on always providing the best care and service humanly possible to our patients. Our purpose is centered on our patients, not ourselves, and the practical application of this philosophy will lead to us always trying to do what is in their best interest. Our core clinical values are:
- We will make all of our decisions based on what is in the best interest of our patients.
- We will provide access to services within 24 hours of receiving a referral for rehabilitation.
- We will provide the most thorough care possible to facilitate recovery.
- We will provide the most aggressive care appropriate to stimulate recovery.
- We will excel at both the “art” and science of rehabilitation, making the patient experience the best it can be.
- We will touch as many lives as each clinician’s skill set permits.
We will not be satisfied to have a philosophy that sounds good on paper but is mediocre in application. We will inspect and measure our clinical performance, and hold each other accountable for being the best we can be.
